Community Lending Partners brings community financial institutions together to syndicate government guaranteed loans and conventional commercial loans. We do not underwrite loans; instead, CLP works closely with lending officers, business development officers and credit risk officers to strategically select loans that will complement each institution's diversification, tolerance for risk and earnings needs.
CLP Principal Bill Mullally has spent 35 years in the financial services industry, and over the past five years, he and his network of lenders have closed nearly $1 billion in loans. Bill has worked with past winners of the USDA Rural Business and Industry lending “National Lender of the Year Award” and was instrumental in placing the two largest USDA loans in the history of the Renewable Energy Program from the USDA 9003.

Lindsey Boutin, an Oglethorpe University graduate, is the Executive Assistant to Bill Mullally. In this role, she works directly with Mr. Mullally in facilitating the marketing effort, syndicating government guaranteed loans nationally, and coordinating business strategies and operations.

Mike Mullally is the Marketing Representative of Community Lending Partners. Mike works with community based lenders to understand their potential lending needs including conventional and government guaranteed commercial lending options. Mike spent a few years in the financial services industry and as a communications specialist working on behalf of publicly traded companies which makes him uniquely qualified to communicate opportunities to our clients.
